Absolutely fantastic experience, dealing with Venisha at Ferre in Durban. My Gas/electric oven had a problem with the igniters and my warranty had expired 3 months prior. I requested the knowledge, to understand what the issue was, in turn got given free of charge, 5 new igniters and a new ignition coil. This far exceeded my expectations, as i was prepared to purchase all parts necessary to repair the hob. Thank you for suppling a service, that i thought was dead and gone, in this day and age. I wish Ferre all the best for the future and hope you go from strength to strength.
